The Opportunity
We're seeking a registered Psychologist to join our growing team. The role is flexible and can be offered on a full-time, part-time, or contractor basis to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
Candidates must hold general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
In this role, you'll provide direct client care while also having the opportunity to shape how modern psychology services are delivered. You'll work across a diverse range of presentations, with the support of a multidisciplinary team and access to tools that make clinical practice easier and more rewarding.
What You'll Do
* Provide evidence-based psychological services to adults (and ideally children) across a range of presentations
* A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical psychology experience is required.
* Deliver care under Medicare, DVA, and other funded programs
* Candidates must be eligible for a Medicare provider number at the time of application.
* Contribute clinical expertise to refining clinic systems and care pathways
* Share feedback to help reduce admin burden and improve practice efficiency
* Collaborate with a diverse team to support client outcomes and innovation in care delivery
* Play an active role in shaping a values-driven clinic culture
Experience Criteria
* Clinical qualifications & registration
* Fully registered psychologist with AHPRA
* Eligible to provide services under Medicare & DVA
* Clinical experience
* Broad experience across diverse presentations
* Comfortable working with both adults and children (child experience highly valued)
* Tech fluency
* Familiarity with digital practice systems and willingness to adopt new tools
* Confidence in adapting to modern workflows and sharing constructive feedback
* Start-up/innovation interest
* Experience or strong enthusiasm for being part of a progressive, evolving clinic environment
