An exciting opportunity is now available at O'Connors, the largest Global Case IH dealer, for a Technology Support Specialist position.
In this role, you will develop and deliver training material, provide remote support and troubleshooting assistance, create reference material, and utilize the structured support centre platform to achieve positive outcomes for staff and customers.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Deliver structured internal and customer support for Precision Farming and Application equipment through O'Connors' support centre to drive success.
2. Develop and present training material for both internal and external training sessions.
3. Collaborate with global staff and the support centre to gather and share up-to-date information.
4. Design and implement processes and procedures that ensure sustainability, optimization, and ongoing success for the Ag Technology Department and team members.
5. Provide remote diagnostics and support of technology and application equipment via telematics.
6. Support internal departments in the remote diagnosis and repair of Precision Ag and application Technology, offering guidance and training to less experienced staff to enhance their competencies.
7. Contribute to the maintenance of Company RTK.
The skills required for success in this position are:
1. Extensive experience and knowledge of Agriculture, Technology, or Precision Agriculture.
2. Proficiency in common software platforms.
3. Mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude.
4. Self-motivation, coupled with a genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service.
5. Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
