About the position: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, driven and ambitious team that enjoys working with both local and international clients on various Building & Construction projects. Duties include, but not limited to: Draft construction agreements for developers. Review and negotiate contracts for builders and subcontractors. Handle construction disputes including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, providing strategic advice and representation. Advising on security claims, injunctions, and protection work issues. Provide legal support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are managed effectively. Qualifications & experience required: 3 years’ PAE in construction law, with a proven track record of handling complex construction matters (ideally front-end). Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
