Communicare is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Manager in a full-time, permanent role based at our Cannington office.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, support, and continuous improvement of Communicare's business systems.
Working within the ICT and Digital Capability team, the role acts as a key liaison between business units and ICT, helping to optimise system use, resolve issues, and support digital transformation initiatives.
This role specifically supports systems including ERP, HRIS, CRM and payroll.Key ResponsibilitiesLead with values-based, collaborative leadership to build a high-performing team culture, driving continuous improvement and effective service delivery.Oversee business systems strategy and administration across ERP, CRM, HRIS, SharePoint and related platforms, including system implementation, optimisation and compliance (ISO*****:****).
Apply project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile) to plan, implement and embed new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder needs.Drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful user adoption, contract and compliance adherence, and high-quality operational outcomes.Conduct systems analysis, process improvement and automation activities to strengthen data quality, governance, and audit readiness across all business systems.Provide leadership, coaching and technical support to team members, coordinating training, documentation and ongoing system capability development.About YouYou are purpose-driven and passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people, families, and communities.
