Working closely with the Principal, you'll be responsible for managing conveyancingfiles from start to finish, including residential, off the plan and commercial matters.Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
* manage conveyancing files from start to finish
* coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online
* prepare correspondence and letters
* review contracts
* liaise with clients and other parties
* associated administration tasks including preparing bills and conducting searches
Skills and experience we'd love;
* demonstrated experience as a conveyancing clerk in a law firm
* well developed time management skills
* the ability to handle a large volume of files
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* high attention to detail
* proficient MS Office skills
