The Role: The General Manager - People & Operations is responsible for leading and coordinating the core operational functions of the club with a focus on rescue services, member engagement, volunteer management, compliance, governance support, and strategic planning. Lead a multidisciplinary team including admin, education, rescue, and sports staff Identify training needs and provide development opportunities.
