Speedo is on the lookout for enthusiastic Casual Sales Associates to join our Harbour Town store. Whether you're a sports lover, swim fanatic, or just love connecting with people, we want someone who brings energy, great customer service, and a team-first mindset.
The role you'd play
* Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive in-store experiences.
* Learning and sharing product knowledge to help customers find their perfect fit.
* Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
* Processing sales and handling stock with care and accuracy.
What we're looking for:
* A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
* A reliable team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
* Someone available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Previous retail or customer service experience is great, but not essential – if you've got passion, we've got training.
