Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our store team and drive sales growth. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has experience in retail leadership.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role model our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Train and coach the team to refine service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in retail leadership, including roles such as Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
