We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our small, supportive unit, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and installing custom laboratory water systems.
This is a full-time position that suits someone with solid mechanical aptitude and practical skills who enjoys variety in their work.
Responsibilities include:
* Preventative and breakdown maintenance of laboratory water systems across Perth
* Constructing and commissioning new systems
* Collaborating with engineers to improve system design
* Workshop-based system builds and van/tool improvements
* Quarterly travel to Bunbury or Geraldton for site support

* $80,000 - $95,000 base salary

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong mechanical skills and confidence using power tools
* Problem-solving ability and a willingness to get stuck in
* WA drivers' license, White Card, and clean police clearance
* Basic computer skills (email, job logging)
* Physical capability to lift 25-30kg
* Previous service technician or water treatment experience (highly regarded)
Bonus Skills
While not essential, experience with water systems, plumbing, cabinetry, or workshop machinery would be highly regarded.
