Integration Analyst (Brisbane Based)
3‐Month Contract | Immediate Start | Potential Extension
A leading enterprise organisation undergoing significant digital and integration transformation is seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to join their technology team on an initial 3-month contract.
This role plays a critical part in designing, documenting and supporting integration solutions across a complex enterprise technology ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of business and engineering — translating business requirements into scalable, secure, cloud‐native integration designs built on Microsoft Azure.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who combines strong analytical capability with hands‐on understanding of Azure integration services and modern integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities Integration Analysis & Solution Design
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear, structured technical integration specifications.
* Design scalable, secure integration workflows leveraging Azure integration services and best‐practice architectural patterns.
* Map business processes to technical components, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Produce high‐quality documentation including integration diagrams, sequence flows and technical design artefacts.
Solution Delivery & Support
* Collaborate closely with developers, architects and product teams to ensure integration solutions meet business and technical objectives.
* Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting support for integration workflows to improve stability and performance.
* Validate integration designs and contribute to testing and quality assurance activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Work effectively across cross‐functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, developers and external vendors.
* Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences.
* Contribute actively within Agile delivery environments and sprint ceremonies.
Technical Skills & Experience Essential
* Strong understanding of modern integration patterns (API‐led, event‐driven, hybrid, microservices‐based architectures).
* Experience working with Microsoft Azure integration services (e.g. Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions or similar).
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation and integration specifications.
* Experience diagnosing and resolving integration issues within enterprise environments.
* Strong documentation capability using Confluence/Wiki tools.
* Proficiency in Visio or equivalent workflow/sequence diagramming tools.
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments and strong understanding of SDLC principles.
* Experience using JIRA for sprint and workflow management.
Desirable
* Exposure to CCaaS platforms or customer contact centre technologies.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Service Workspace (CSW).
* Experience working in large, enterprise‐scale environments.
* Exposure to customer service or contact centre integration landscapes.
* Awareness of emerging trends in cloud‐native integration and enterprise architecture.
