Key Responsibilities:
- Performing manual labour duties, including sorting building materials, digging, scraping, sweeping, assisting operators, and cleaning construction sites to ensure a safe work environment
- Following instructions from Supervisors and Operators
- Collaborating effectively in a team setting
- Demonstrating good communication skills
Requirements:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Must have a White Card
