Building Administrator / Accounts Officer
$30 per hour + Superannuation

Our client is looking for a skilled Administrator/Accounts Officer who possesses expertise in tasks such as reviewing pricing, issuing purchase orders, preparing building contracts, and managing the compilation of all warranty documents.
Permanent part time (school hours) or full time option available.
About You
* Previous experience working in a construction or trade administrative role
* Solid attention to details
* Exceptional typing and data entry skills
* Accounts and payroll experience
* Ability to identify and highlight areas of improvement
Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure always up to date on industry and legislative changes
* Assist with areas of compliance - subcontractor's packs, WHS documents, etc
* Follow up on materials, products and subcontractor's paperwork
* Review and reconcile trade, supplier and subcontractor invoices in Xero
* Review timesheets, wage information and prepare payment runs
* Invoice clients and issue purchase orders
* Coordinate documentation for Building Certifier, various insurances, and contracts
* Maintain social media content
