Senior Legal Secretary
Our client is a well-established commercial law firm seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Legal Secretary with 3-5 years of experience, ideally within defendant insurance or personal injury law.
The Role
In this role, you will provide vital support to a busy practice with a primary focus on workers' compensation and work injury matters. Your key responsibilities will include;
liaising with clients and internal staff
preparing legal documents and correspondence
organising and maintaining electronic files
diary and schedule management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years' experience in defendant insurance or similar role and practice area. The following skills would also be beneficial;
a proactive and adaptable approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently
ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform well under pressure
excellent written and verbal communication skills
experience in public liability is preferred but not required
advanced microsoft office skills
strong organisation and file management skills
