Information Management Expert
We are seeking an Information Management Expert who will serve as a crossover between technical and support roles, working within multidisciplinary client project teams to target the needs of the team and specialize in business processes and information systems design and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and regulate information systems that capture full spectrum software/systems development and sustainment lifecycle information.
* Design and train others in processes and systems that support the flow of information through the team and with the client, such as dashboards.
* Facilitate team meetings and act as a management intermediary as required, ensuring the team knows and has the right scope, priority, and schedule.
* Ensure timely and accurate communication with the client workforce regarding changes to the systems and services they consume.
* Support Agile teams and facilitate their adoption of Agile and Lean practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience supporting Agile teams.
* Strong background in building, configuring, and managing information management toolsets, such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira.
* Background in building and supporting documentation management suites, such as Atlassian Confluence or Wiki.
* Experience in business process design, building dashboards, and information architecture.
* Experience in end-users change management.
* Project support experience.
