My NooK is an innovative Australian brand designing and manufacturing modular play furniture that support children's imagination, movement, and calm spaces. Our education range is growing fast across childcare centres, schools, and libraries. We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to take full ownership of this channel — servicing existing clients and accelerating national growth.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real ownership. You'll manage and expand our education business Australia wide, working closely with founders and internal teams to increase revenue, deepen partnerships, and open new accounts across:
* Early Learning / Childcare
* Primary and Secondary Schools
* Libraries and Community Learning Spaces
* Allied education environments
You will inherit warm relationships and an active client base, then take the lead on scaling our footprint nationally.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Manage and grow existing education accounts
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and educators
* Provide product education, proposals, quotes, and ongoing support
* Identify expansion opportunities within current networks
* Ensure a premium, responsive customer experience
Drive new business across Australia
* Own the education sales pipeline end-to-end
* Prospect, pitch, and close new childcare, school, and library clients
* Build an outreach and territory plan that delivers consistent growth
* Represent My NooK at relevant events, conferences, and visits
Develop channel strategy
* Analyse market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives
* Help refine education-specific product positioning and bundles
* Collaborate on tenders, purchasing pathways, and procurement cycles
* Maintain accurate CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
* Proven track record in sales, ideally 5+ years in a B2B or channel role
* Demonstrated success selling into the education sector (childcare, schools, libraries, or adjacent)
* Strong consultative selling skills — able to uncover needs and tailor solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building ability
* Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-growing business
Great to have
* Existing network in early learning, school procurement, or library systems
* Experience with tenders, government purchasing, or education buying groups
* Passion for children's wellbeing, play-based learning, or innovative education spaces
