About the RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries.
Your role is to provide clear, effective, and empathetic support across various products and services.
Training will begin on Monday 23rd February ****.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound customer calls, email and chat
Providing accurate information and solutions
Navigating multiple systems with efficiency
Using initiative and problem-solving to meet customer needs
Location: Training onsite at Kewdale then WFH available upon competency review and sign-off.
Shifts available: Rotating roster (after training) between 11am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Employment type: Casual role.
Training: 4 weeks of comprehensive on-site training provided (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm in Kewdale).

What You'll Need
At least 6 months of contact centre experience, or 12+ months in customer service or retail
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Confidence using multiple systems and managing time effectively
A proactive, customer-first attitude
Work-from-Home FlexibilityAfter your initial training period onsite in Kewdale, you will be eligible to transition into a hybrid work model.
To work from home, you'll need:
Minimum internet speed of 28.8 Mbps
A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair
A quiet, private workspace
