About the role

* Offering a base salary of $83,108 per annum (plus 12% superannuation = $93,081 total package), plus many other employee benefits
* Career growth and extensive learning opportunities available in this hands on Human Resource role
* Working across the People team this role provides support to various functions in relation to a range of Human Resource matters.
* Our graduate program will provide the opportunity to undertake a variety of HR projects and duties, commensurate with your personal knowledge and skills, and see you rotate through different areas of the broader team as part of the program.
* You will gain valuable knowledge, skills and practical experience in relation to an in-house People function.

About you

To be successful in this role and become part of our graduate program, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (having graduated or graduating between 2023-2025) and acurrent drivers license.

You will have sound computer skills with an adaptable, personable approach to supporting the broader People team. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, whilst prioritising tasks and using initiative.
