We have a current vacancy for an Assistant Manager position within our retail shop in Jandakot. Key responsibilities include:
* Acceptance, sorting and pricing of merchandise for sale
* Arrangement, display and rotation of stock within the shop
* Customer service and engagement
* Opening and closing the store when required
* Interaction with and mentoring of co-workers with disabilities
* Operation of cash register and EFTPOS terminals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be a devoted op shop connoisseur with an interest in and knowledge of second-hand goods
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Availability to work on a rotating roster including weekends
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Flexibility and adaptability
