Job Description:
* Operate the Hay Press to process hay for animal fodder.
* Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient production.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Cut strings on raw product to prepare it for processing.
* Assist with production as required to meet deadlines.
* Forklift Ticket (essential)
* Local residence in Narrogin is ideal, but not mandatory
* Previous experience in Agriculture, specifically with Hay is desirable
* Understanding of quality assurance principles
* Experience working in a health and safety-focused organization
* Supervising a small team or having leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
