CRMZeus Australia is looking for an HR Systems Manager who is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related HR technology platforms. This role ensures that HR systems support business needs, streamline HR processes, provide accurate reporting, and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the configuration, implementation, and administration of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, talent management, recruitment, and learning platforms)
* Ensure HR systems support organizational workflows, policies, and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with HR teams, IT, and vendors to implement system enhancements and upgrades
* Maintain accurate HR data and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms
* Develop, maintain, and produce HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership decision-making
* Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems
* Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution
* Ensure HR systems comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
* Lead HR technology projects, including system upgrades, process automation, and integrations with other business systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
* Proven experience managing HR systems (HRIS) and HR technology projects
* Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, recruitment, performance management, learning, and compliance)
* Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP)
* Advanced skills in reporting, analytics, and data management
* Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and security best practices
