Human Resources Specialist Position
The Human Resources team is seeking a skilled specialist to coordinate and implement HR strategies across the organization, providing support to senior leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective recruitment processes for various teams.
* Manage the placement of job advertisements to attract top talent.
* Coordinate interview logistics and provide guidance to new starters during onboarding.
* Prepare and review employment contracts to ensure compliance.
* Coordinate performance reviews and exits with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Ensure human resource compliance requirements are met by staying up-to-date on relevant legislation and regulations.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee learning and competencies.
* Provide strategic support to leaders in performance management matters and facilitate grievance resolution.
About You:
* Prior experience in human resources with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
* Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency.
* Strong administrative skills and experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
* Proven ability to have difficult conversations with tact and empathy.
* Experience with databases and software such as TRACCS and PageUp is highly desirable.
