**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Provideguidance and support to a range of stakeholders with respect to Environmental,Safety and Health matters.
- Activelypartner across the business to keep our people safe, maintaining strictlegislative and company compliance, and protecting our environment.
- Build andmaintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to promote consistencyand excellence in compliance of EESH management system.
- Plan,coordinate and manage activities to ensure compliance with EESH policies andprocedures in accordance with Company safety management systems and applicablelegislation.
- DeliverEESH solutions in line with operational improvement initiatives and target.
- Coordinateand conduct investigations into ESH related incidents, injuries, and hazards,and recommend appropriate corrective and preventative actions.
- Coordinate,conduct, and ensure compliance with risk management activities across sites.
- Activelycontribute to the preparation of safety and environmental impact statements,manuals and procedures.
- Developsolutions to a variety of complex problems and provide and implement effectiveapproved solutions.
**About you**:
We are looking for a highly engaging Environmental, Safety andHealth (ESH) Advisor to join our team. Based in Holsworthy, this role willprovide environmental, safety and health support to the operations team,including improving environment and safety processes, to be compliant withrelevant Acts and legislation and relevant standards requirements, andimplementation of the Environment, Safety & Health Management system.
**Special Requirements**:
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current NV1Defence Security Clearance, or be eligible to hold a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
The location of the role will be in Holsworthy, NSW, AUS
