What You'll Be Doing

* Converting high volumes of inbound and outbound leads into originations
* Owning and controlling the full sales cycle from first contact to close
* Identifying and qualifying opportunities with real commercial potential
* Building and managing a disciplined, accurate pipeline in the CRM
* Running discovery calls, meetings, and product demos
* Collaborating closely with marketing and senior sales leaders
* Mentoring and supporting junior Sales Associates as you grow
* Staying ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

About You

You're commercially aware, motivated, and consistent, someone who takes pride in execution and results.

* 2–3 years' experience in sales, Finance, customer service, or a related role
* Strong sales discipline, commercial acumen, and resilience
* Confidence making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
* A desire to grow, lead, and build a long‐term sales career
