Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.NBMLHD is currently seeking Wardspersons to join our casual pool located at Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital, Katoomba.In this role you will be responsible for transporting patients and items throughout the hospital and providing assistance to patients within the clinical setting. These services must be performed in a courteous and efficient manner with particular attention to customer service.Your role within the hospital is imperative and will see you transfer patients safely throughout the organisation including infectious risk patients and patients who arrive by helicopter, attend to dirty linen, transport patient related items, equipment & medical files and transport deceased persons from ward areas to the mortuary.
