Are you innovative and dynamic, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Concierge & Community Lead to join our team and support our clients at their flagship office tower in the heart of Sydney, Circular Quay.
About the Role
As Concierge & Community Lead, you will be the welcoming face of the precinct, creating a warm and engaging environment for customers, tenants, and the wider building community. You will also play a key role in fostering the virtual community through the building app and contribute to the success of placemaking. Additionally, you will be a proud advocate for the First Contact brand, actively promoting events and activities throughout the commercial and retail precinct.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Provide a warm welcome and assist visitors with information on amenities, services, events, and facilities.
2. Deliver a personalised, high-calibre service, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
3. Oversee the Concierge service request portal, ensuring all guest service requests are handled efficiently.
4. Facilitate & lead concierge services for customers, including umbrella loans, welcome gift check-outs, restaurant bookings, and support with the building app.
5. Collaborate with the customer experience team to develop and deliver engaging events.
6. Draft communications, social media content, and booking links to promote events.
7. Curate and execute tailored activations and events that uniquely engage each location, focusing on wellness, surprise & delight, community, and signature experiences.
8. This role keeps you active and engaged, involving walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling throughout the day.
