This hands-on role assists with digital and paid campaigns, CRM activity, content coordination, and media liaison for ARDC-owned and managed events.This position is ideal for a motivated early-career marketer with a passion for motorsport and live events, strong consumer marketing instincts, strong digital skills and a high attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES B2C CAMPAIGN SUPPORT • Assist with planning and executing B2C marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, SMS, and partner channels. • Support the management of CRM activity, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling, and basic reporting. • Monitor and compile campaign performance data (attendances, web traffic, email engagement, social metrics) and prepare summary reports. MARKETING SERVICES & CONTENT COORDINATION Coordinate content gathering, uploads, and management across photography, video, and media archives. Assist with preparing galleries, updating the website, and fulfilling photo/media requests. Liaise with designers, photographers, and contractors to coordinate asset delivery and ensure brand consistency. Produce basic designs in-house (e.g., social tiles, simple email banners) using Canva or similar tools. Media & Event Liaison. Serve as a first point of contact for general media enquiries and straightforward promotional requests. Support on-site media operations. GENERAL DUTIES Assist the Marketing Team with brand-building initiatives across the ARDC, SMSP, and the Australian Motorsport Innovation Precinct (AMIP). Provide occasional front-office and venue support for public and member inquiries. Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Chief Marketing Officer. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES Essential 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or similar field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Some exposure to campaign execution Basic competency with email marketing tools, or campaign scheduling platforms. Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an event-driven environment. A genuine passion for motorsport, live events, or sports marketing.Desirable Experience working in events, sport, entertainment, or tourism. Basic design ability (Canva or beginner-level Adobe suite). Familiarity with website CMS platforms and simple content updates.
