The Opportunity

* Our 2.5-week induction program covers clinical standards and business management, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed.
* We provide full administrative and business support, including payroll, marketing, and supply chain services.
* Guaranteed salary between $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation, annual profit, and future value of shares.
* Generous leave entitlements, including five weeks annual leave and birthday leave.
* Two free pairs of glasses per year.
Requirements
To succeed, you will need:
* A qualified practitioner number and full membership of a professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia).
* Two years clinical experience post qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strategic relationships.
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
