**Cafe Baristas and Bar Staff Required | Goulburn Location**
We are seeking enthusiastic **Baristas **and **Bar Staff **to join the team to produce the best coffee experience and bar trade, continuing the great reputation of our professional service. Join and be part of an expanding team.
**Café Roles**:
- Ensure needs of client and customers are achieved in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Monday to Friday role with daytime hours.
- Provide the day-to-day exceptional Coffee and Food service.
- Consistently adhering to uniform and presentation standards.
- Communicate service reports for leadership team outlining the service, operational issues, challenges, positive and negative feedback.
- Assist in the development of standard practices for all Café specific tasks to ensure a clear expectation to all employees for all operational standards.
**Bar Roles**:
- Ensure needs of client and customers are achieved in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Current RSA is essential.
- Monday to Friday role with structured evening hours and shifts.
- Manage the day-to-day exceptional Bar Service to our guests and clients.
- Consistently adhering to uniform and presentation standards.
- Communicate service reports for leadership team outlining the service, operational issues, challenges, positive and negative feedback.
- Functions and Event support.
