We are seeking a practical, capable, and motivated Assistant Farm Manager to join our Caringbah Aggregation, located just outside the village of Quandialla in the Central West of New South Wales, around 412 kilometres west of Sydney. The property is well positioned near the regional centres of Grenfell, Young, and West Wyalong. Covering close to 12,000 hectares, Caringbah operates a modern fleet of on-farm machinery, and with more operations being brought in-house, this role offers a broad and meaningful opportunity to contribute to performance across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the practical side of farming and the data and discipline that underpin high-performing operations. Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will help coordinate day-to-day farm activities across the full cropping cycle, from paddock preparation and sowing through to spraying, harvest, and grain logistics. It is a hands-on role that combines operational delivery with people leadership, machinery management, reporting, and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. The farm is strongly focused on planning, timing, and execution, making this an excellent opportunity to build your career in modern broadacre farming while working with technology and a high-performing team. We are looking for someone with: at least 3 years’ experience in broadacre cropping operations who has a focus of safety and leading a great team strong machinery operation and maintenance skills experience with GPS-guided equipment and modern ag technology sound communication and problem-solving ability a practical commitment to WHS and environmental responsibility ChemCert certification, or willingness to obtain it a current driver’s licence Truck, loader, or forklift tickets will be highly regarded.
