Personal Banker (internal title: Customer Relationship Officer) at Bendigo Bank - Community Bank Samford, QLD. Deliver an exceptional banking experience by meeting customers\' end-to-end needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver win-win solutions for the bank and customers by understanding current and future goals and designing suitable solutions.
Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking in a changing environment.
Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.
Engage in on-the-job learning and development opportunities to advance your career.
Build connections with customers and the community, supporting local initiatives and events.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Samford. Roster: 76 hours per fortnight.
What you'll bring
Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions.
Confidence to communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
Drive for collaboration and teamwork.
Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.
