Working for the Workforce and Engagement Stategies Team 
About the role 
- Support the design, development and management of people strategies and initiatives, in close collaboration with relevant business areas. 
- Monitor and coordinate shared mailboxes and prepare and coordinate responses to stakeholder queries in a timely manner. 
- Contribute to the delivery of policy development and/or project management 
- Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, including managing stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals and where required, represent the agency by promoting its interests in various forums (internally and externally) both verbally and in writing. 
- Conduct research and analysis to monitor strategies including the preparation of reports. 
- Communicate and make decisions exercising sound judgement, expertise and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, best practice principles or relevant operating instructions and procedures. 
- Contribute to innovate ideas and maximise the perks of change, including the identification of opportunities to improve employee engagement initiatives and processes. 
- Ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders, through the use of excellent written and oral communication skills.
