About Your Role: Bids and project Manager Our Above Water Systems team provides engineering & maintenance services to Royal Australian Navy vessels and commercial ships.

Execute, monitor and control the project (predominantly in engineering) with adherence to gate reviews, schedule & budget Partnering closely with our customers and ensuring that products and services delivered exceed expectations.
Playing a central role in business strategy and effectively managing risk Mentoring other team members and contributing to future capability across Thales Australia Your Skills: Degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of senior-level bid and project management experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project financials.
Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
