About the role Black Truck & Ag' is seeking a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team in Chinchilla, QLD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the right parts and accessories for their vehicles and equipment.
What you'll be doing
* Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to identify and locate the appropriate parts and accessories for their needs
* Utilize your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide accurate and timely information to customers
* Maintain inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve product availability
* Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and returning customers
* Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with new products and industry developments
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience in a parts interpretation or customer service role within the automotive or agricultural industries
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle and equipment parts and accessories
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information
* Proficient in using computerised inventory and ordering systems
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
