You'll oversee one of our busy portfolios with a niche amount of properties, with full support from a collaborative team and leadership.

With a limited portfolio per property manager and hands-on leadership, this is a Property Manager role like no other.

The Candidate (we are looking for someone with):
* A current Property Management Registration licence
* A minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
* A passion for Property Management and outstanding client service
* A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
* The desire to work as a part of a collaborative team
* A patient and resilient nature
* Personal and professional values that align with ours
* Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a current drivers license
This role also includes a fuel allowance.
