Leading all areas of Mud Australia’s ceramic homewares production, warehousing and dispatch efforts. This role is responsible for proactively planning and autonomously managing the operational, financial and people aspects of Operations in alignment with Mud’s overarching strategy and plan. This role drives continual improvement in process, quality and culture.The onsite role is based at our converted warehouse office in Marrickville and works closely with a creative and collaborative team. As a growing business this position is a great foundation for professional growth opportunities.The ideal candidate will have:Past experience in a similar role.A keen eye for detail and an ability problem-solve autonomously.Exceptional skills in time management, comfortable managing multiple priorities and prioritising projects in a fast-paced environment.Analytical skills to track output and costs against budgetCapable of working collaboratively in a team, providing and receiving feedback.An enthusiastic attitude and appreciation of sustainable manufacturing.About Mud AustraliaFounded in 1994 and designed by Shelley Simpson, Mud Australia handmakes timeless porcelain homewares locally in Sydney.
