Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules, supporting leave requests, and working closely with production teams to optimize labor coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain rosters using Excel spreadsheets to ensure smooth operations.
* Support leave requests and workforce planning to guarantee optimal labor coverage.
* Liaise with production team leaders and supervisors to improve rostering patterns and efficiency.
* Manage employee lifecycle tasks: contracts, onboarding, variations, offboarding.
* Support recruitment, including onboarding new staff, assessment centers, and talent acquisition assistance.
* Administer HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data.
* Assist with payroll queries, grievances, and general employee support.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
