We are seeking an experienced professional to handle sales administration and accounts tasks, with a focus on Customer Service/Sales and the processing of orders. The role is Permanent Fulltime, located in Smithfield NSW, working hours will be 8am – 4pm.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative and accounting functions, ensuring smooth day to day operations in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.
Invoicing and processing payments from customers.
Communicate with clients and suppliers.
Booking transport for customers.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Assist with general office duties as required.
Must Haves:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not required.
Proficiency in accounting software Xero is an advantage but not required.
Previous experience in administration and accounts.
The ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate records.
