Opportunity Overview
We are seeking experienced trainers with industry expertise and a proven track record of delivering engaging Cisco training sessions. You will work with a dynamic team to deliver Cisco-authorized training in areas including:
* Current Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) credential
* Experience delivering Cisco courses
* Certifications in CCNP Enterprise and CCNP Data Center
Proficiency in courses such as ENCOR, DCCOR, DCACI, DCID, DCCUS, and DCIT is required.
Highly Desirable
Experience or willingness to gain accreditation in Cisco Security (e.g., SISE, SCOR) and Cisco Service Provider (e.g., CLSOR).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Cisco training courses via instructor-led sessions and virtual platforms
* Apply real-world experience to enhance learning outcomes
* Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional best practices
* Collaborate with the Product Team on marketing initiatives
Experience Required
* Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on networking or data center experience, ideally with Cisco technologies
* Proven experience in technical training for adult learners
* Experience with Cisco hardware and software in enterprise/data center solutions
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
* Familiarity with instructional design and eLearning platforms is a plus
* Experience working with corporate clients, system integrators, or managed service providers is advantageous
