About the role
We are seeking an experienced Timber Joiner to join our talented team at Ross Joinery Kitchens in Townsville, QLD. As a Timber Joiner, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of high-quality custom joinery. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work with a respected family-owned business in the local community.
What you'll be doing
* Interpret Plans to craft unique joinery and cabinetry pieces
* Operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble timber components
* Fit and install finished products at client sites, ensuring a high standard of workmanship
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in Joinery, Cabinet Making, Carpentry or a related trade
* Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings
* Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to complex projects
* A commitment to workplace health and safety
