Senior Solution Engineer – Mission Critical Azure Delivery

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Engineer to lead the delivery of mission‐critical Azure solutions for enterprise customers. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud environments while driving operational excellence through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure Mission Critical environments, ensuring high availability, resilience, and operational readiness.
* Design, implement, and operate Azure‐based mission‐critical architectures with strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and performance.
* Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including monitoring, incident management, resilience testing, and post‐incident improvement.
* Implement and optimize Azure Monitor, health models, and operational readiness frameworks.
* Apply Chaos Engineering principles to validate system resilience and failure recovery capabilities.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on architecture decisions and operational best practices.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of services.
Required Technical Experience
* Strong hands‐on experience with Azure Infrastructure & IaaS
* Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
* Demonstrated delivery of Azure Mission Critical solutions
* Solid knowledge of Azure Monitor and observability practices
* Practical experience applying Chaos Engineering
* Experience designing and implementing Health Models
* Technical Depth: Strong hands‐on expertise across Azure mission‐critical technologies
* Delivery Excellence: Proven track record of delivering complex, end‐to‐end customer engagements
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and navigate complex enterprise environments
