We are looking for a high performing, passionate and committed senior leader who has proven skills and experience in stakeholder engagement, program oversight, and team management. You will lead a team in the Strategic Policy Division responsible for the Seniors and Veterans portfolios. This will include: Leading, developing and implementing policies and projects as they relate to specific cohorts within the community. Providing high level advice to executive and Ministers in relation to key portfolio matters. Managing programs in conjunction with the directorate’s community partners, including providing high-level advice on complex issues. Representing the directorate and ACT Government at a range of local and national forms and at community events and activities. Having a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality, as well as a flexible approach in responding to tight deadlines.
