The Role
Our Account Management team works closely with customers who require support throughout their loan, such as helping them reschedule or catch up on missed payments, assisting with current loan balances, providing loan payout letters for customers who are in a position to finalise their loan, and even helping customers who have paid their loan well to access additional funds.
* You'll be a part of a highly collaborative team that make a real difference in people's lives every day right across Australia.
* You'll be working within an experienced team who will be there to help you learn and understand our tried and tested account management process.
* In this role you will build rapport and relationships with a portfolio of our existing clients while helping them manage their loans and reach their financial goals.
* Part of the role is learning and improving your skills in negotiating and monitoring payment plans.
* Over time you will become confident enough to delve into our customers individual financial circumstances to fully understand their situation and negotiate the best outcomes for all parties.
