We are growing and looking for a Production Brewer to join our brewery team. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a supportive and ambitious craft brewery.
The Role
This role works across all areas of brewery production, including brewing, cellar work, packaging, cleaning, quality checks and general production support.
We are open to a wide range of experience levels, from someone with solid early brewing experience through to a more experienced brewer looking for their next challenge. The minimum requirement is at least 1 year of commercial brewing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brewing operations, including raw material handling, brewhouse work and wort production.
* Cellar operations, including transfers, fermenter management, dry hopping, carbonation and tank preparation.
* Packaging operations operating CODI canning line and Fibre King packaging equipment.
* Loading and unloading trucks.
* Supporting day-to-day production planning and brewery workflow.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised production environment.
* Working with the team to improve quality, efficiency and consistency.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year commercial brewing experience.
* Experience across brewing, cellar or packaging operations.
* Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
* A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
* Ability to work safely around chemicals, hot liquids, pressure, forklifts and moving equipment.
* Willingness to jump between brewing, cellar, packaging and general production tasks as needed.
* Good communication skills and a willingness to keep learning.
Highly Regarded:
* Forklift licence.
* Brewing qualifications or formal brewing training.
* Packaging line experience – particularly with CODI or FIBRE KING equipment.
* Lab, QA or Sensory experience.
