This is an exciting opportunity to provide students showing early signs of disengagement, or who are not thriving in their mainstream classes, with tailored, high-quality teaching in a bespoke, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
Our FlexiSpace Lead Will Ideally Be
* An experienced teacher with expertise in, or knowledge of, inclusive practice; or a teacher committed to rapidly developing their skills and knowledge of inclusive practice;
* Committed to ensuring students achieve quality educational outcomes by providing uninterrupted access to the curriculum and high-impact teaching;
* Committed to differentiating teaching practices and educational program delivery to meet student needs; committed to building positive professional relationships with students to enhance their engagement and success at school;
* Committed to using and sharing inclusive teaching practices with all staff;
* Committed to working with parents/carers, internal support staff, and external agencies to support student learning, engagement, and wellbeing.
