Job Description:
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a highly attractive salary package including a base salary, commissions, phone allowance, company vehicle, and fuel card.
Impact: Lead and inspire a team to cultivate a positive, productive, and engaged work environment. Monitor daily sales, gross profit, and departmental expenses to ensure strong performance. Generate new business opportunities while strengthening lasting relationships with existing clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry. You will have led from the front and know the ropes. Toyota experience is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with proven experience from any manufacturer.
You will also need to have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Your financial acumen should go beyond spreadsheets – you use data to drive results. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients are essential.
