The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a motivated Payroll Supervisor to join our Head Office team located in Ascot, WA to work alongside our busy payroll team.
Your Typical Day Will Consist Of
* Assisting with weekly payroll for approximately 600 people, including salaries and enterprise agreements
* Maintaining employee records and filing
* Maintaining confidentiality of payroll and personnel information
* Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and applicable law
What We Are Looking For
* 10 years + experience in a payroll supervisor position
* Advanced level of proficiency across Microsoft Office
* Ability to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
* Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
