Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the clinical care team and ensure high standards of care for all residents.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans according to individual needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote best practices and enhance resident well-being.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant legislation.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Care Manager in aged care settings.
* Proven ability to manage clinical operations in large aged care homes.
* Must have work rights in Australia; international candidates will not be considered.
Relocation
This position requires relocation to a regional town. Candidates must be willing to embrace community living in a picturesque coastal area.
