You will be a Wills & Estates Planning Lawyer at the 3-5 year level.
Your New Role
Will see you working with three partners, including one who heads up the charity law and not-for-profits practice.
The broader practice is tax advisory, trust law, complex estate planning, succession planning and estate administration.
Advise not-for-profits, philanthropists, institutions, charities and their advisors on structuring, establishment of charities, ACNC regulation, eligibility for tax concessions, and corporate governance.
Only five billable hours per day required; three partners to mentor you; and quality work.
