About the Role
The Uber for Business Team is looking for a mid-market account executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a book of business across Australia and New Zealand to prospect into, manage, own through the full sales cycle and ultimately acquire.
You will work with a cross-functional, high-performing team based in Sydney and play an essential role in building our Mid-Market (>250 employees) presence in ANZ.
We are especially looking for candidates who have a deep understanding of how automotive dealerships operate in order to build relationships with the largest OEM's and automotive groups in ANZ through a top-down and bottom-up approach.
Your Impact in Role
Creatively prospect into the top automotive dealerships within Australia & New ZealandCommunicate the value of the Uber for Business product suite to prospects with a consultative and solution-oriented approachLead and coordinate end to end sales motion including qualification, education, presenting proposals, and contract negotiation to close dealsCompile lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sourcesAcquire and update knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditionsVisit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunitiesAssess customers' needs and explain the goods and services which meet their needsPromote employers' ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clientsQuote and negotiate prices and credit terms, and complete contracts and recording ordersArrange delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of servicesReport to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and servicesFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arisingPrepare sales reports, and maintain and submit records of business expenses incurredThe Experience You'll Bring
Solid B2B sales experience with exposure to understanding the full sales lifecycle and a proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needsHave a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environmentStrong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales processProactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills
