Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, or leading high-performing sales or technical-sales teams within large, complex organizations; OR Master's Degree in one of the above fields and 7+ years of related experience; OR equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of people management experience, including leading teams or managers in a sales organization. Proven experience driving business growth and performance in large, multi-tiered sales environments. Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing sales and technical-sales teams. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills within complex organizational structures.
